Frequently Asked Questions
The HOME ENERGY STORAGE backup power system provides electricity to essential household appliances during outages and blackouts. The runtime depends on the total power of the connected load: the more high-power appliances you connect, the shorter the runtime.
The system operates as follows: when there is electricity from the grid, the battery charges, and you use electricity normally. As soon as the grid goes down, it automatically switches to backup power from the HOME ENERGY STORAGE.
In this case, it is advisable, if possible, to turn off all high-power appliances and only use the essentials.
When connected to the grid, Home Energy Storage functions as an uninterruptible power supply with a capacity of 1 kW. Critically important electrical consumers in the home, such as lighting, refrigerator, router, video surveillance, and heating/water supply pump groups, can operate autonomously for 3 to 6 hours.
If solar panels are available, the runtime can be extended to 13-16 hours.
