Guarantees

For all equipment, devices, components, and consumables used in the construction of solar power stations, Green System provides specific warranty obligations. A warranty is also offered on the installation work for structures and equipment when ordering a turnkey solar power station.

We perform regular technical, warranty, and post-warranty service not only for the solar power stations built by us but also for the equipment of solar stations in which Green System did not participate in the construction.

The high quality and promptness of our service department's work are ensured by the following:

  • Each facility (solar power station) is entered into a database (including schematics, photos of the solar power station, passports of the installed equipment, and a list of materials). This applies to both stations built by Green System and those serviced by our equipment, as well as to external facilities accepted for servicing.
  • The company has a sufficient inventory of equipment and materials to resolve replacement tasks as quickly as possible in case of warranty obligations. Typically, this takes no more than 24 hours (on business days).
  • Since we use equipment, devices, and construction and consumable materials that have undergone strict quality selection, there are currently almost no warranty cases of equipment failure due to the manufacturer's fault. The average percentage of factory defects among all the components we use in solar power stations does not exceed 0.4%.

Warranty Obligations, Exchange, or Return of Goods

Green System not only adheres to the norms and requirements of current legislation regarding its clients but often significantly simplifies many official and formal conditions. For example, we have shortened the timeframes for performing repair work under warranty obligations and for service maintenance.

Regarding the exchange and return of purchased equipment and other products, Green System's administration fully complies with the "Consumer Rights Protection Law." Purchased items can be exchanged or returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of sale. It should be understood that returns are only accepted for items that have not been used, show no signs of use, and are free of any damage. In other words, only new products in their original condition (as sold) are accepted back.

Requirements for Returns and Warranty Repairs

The product must meet the following requirements:

  • Complete original set intact.
  • Packaging must be intact, with all factory components.
  • Labels and markings must be original and factory-issued.
  • Seals and software must remain unbroken, with no signs of tampering.

In the case of product malfunction, an exchange or return is only possible upon presentation of a service report stating that the buyer has not violated the manufacturer's operating requirements. Such a conclusion can be provided by an authorized service center recognized by the manufacturer.

Warranty Repairs

Green System works with products from manufacturers recognized in this segment of the global market. Additionally, every batch of goods received at our warehouse undergoes quality control. We are confident that a purchase made with us will provide you with years of trouble-free operation.

Warranty Terms for Products and Services

Depending on the manufacturer and design features, Green System offers the following warranty periods for various product groups:
  • Solar panels (photovoltaic modules): 10 to 25 years
  • Inverters: 5 to 10 years
  • Mounting systems for photovoltaic modules: 10 years
  • Installation work: 5 years
The right to warranty service (provided free of charge!) is granted by a properly filled warranty card. This document can be issued by either the product manufacturer or the trading organization. For a solar station, there is a commissioning act, which serves as the warranty document indicating the start date for the warranty obligations, in this case, by Green System. A product that fails due to manufacturing defects during the warranty period is eligible for exchange for a similar product if repair at the authorized service center is not possible.

Warranty Repair Exclusions:

Warranty repairs are not carried out in the following cases:
  • Warranty seals on the product are damaged or missing.
  • Mechanical or other types of damage are found, caused by intentional or accidental actions of the buyer (or third parties).
  • The product has been opened, repaired, or modified by unauthorized service centers or by the owner.
  • The warranty card is not filled out or is filled out incorrectly.
  • The serial number is missing or cannot be identified.

Faults Not Covered by Warranty:

The following faults are not covered by warranty:
  • Exhaustion of the product's resource or failure due to natural wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by the buyer.
  • Damage due to natural disasters (catastrophes).
  • Breakage due to non-compliance with the operating rules.
  • The product was used for purposes other than intended or connected to an incompatible system.

The warranty card must include:

  • Model name
  • Factory number
  • Date of sale
  • Warranty period
