We perform regular technical, warranty, and post-warranty service not only for the solar power stations built by us but also for the equipment of solar stations in which Green System did not participate in the construction.
The high quality and promptness of our service department's work are ensured by the following:
- Each facility (solar power station) is entered into a database (including schematics, photos of the solar power station, passports of the installed equipment, and a list of materials). This applies to both stations built by Green System and those serviced by our equipment, as well as to external facilities accepted for servicing.
- The company has a sufficient inventory of equipment and materials to resolve replacement tasks as quickly as possible in case of warranty obligations. Typically, this takes no more than 24 hours (on business days).
- Since we use equipment, devices, and construction and consumable materials that have undergone strict quality selection, there are currently almost no warranty cases of equipment failure due to the manufacturer's fault. The average percentage of factory defects among all the components we use in solar power stations does not exceed 0.4%.
