FAQ
The HOME ENERGY STORAGE backup system provides electricity to essential household appliances during outages and blackouts. The duration of autonomy depends on the total power of the connected load: the more powerful appliances you connect, the shorter the autonomy time.
This system operates as follows: when there is electricity from the grid, the battery charges, and you use electricity in normal mode. As soon as the grid goes down, it automatically switches to backup mode from HOME ENERGY STORAGE.
In this case, it is advisable to turn off all high-power appliances, if possible, and use only what is necessary.
When connected to the grid, Home Energy Storage functions as an uninterruptible power supply with a capacity of 1 kW. Critical electrical consumers in the home - lighting, refrigerator, router, video surveillance, and heating and water supply pump systems - can operate autonomously for 3 to 6 hours.
If solar panels are present, the autonomy time can be extended to 13-16 hours.
